Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-reliant Senior Full-Stack Cloud Engineer to completely own, manage, and scale our cloud infrastructure while driving the development of our applications.

The ideal candidate will have absolute mastery over the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, capable of designing and maintaining secure cloud architectures. Additionally, you will be a core developer, utilizing Python for robust backend services/data pipelines and Flutter to build high-performance cross-platform mobile and web applications.

Key Responsibilities

☁️ Azure Cloud Management & Architecture (100% Ownership)

• Infrastructure Ownership: Design, deploy, configure, and maintain the entire Azure cloud infrastructure.
• CI/CD & DevOps: Set up and manage automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security using Azure Active Directory (Azure AD/Entra ID), Key Vault, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Cost & Resource Optimization: Monitor cloud spend, optimize resource allocation, and implement auto-scaling policies to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Disaster Recovery: Establish rigorous backup strategies, failover mechanisms, and disaster recovery protocols.

🐍 Backend Development (Python)

• API Development: Build scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices using Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
• Serverless Computing: Write and maintain serverless backend logic using Azure Functions.
• Database Management: Design and optimize SQL/NoSQL databases on Azure (e.g., Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL).

📱 Frontend & Mobile Development (Flutter)

• Cross-Platform Apps: Own the frontend lifecycle, building and maintaining smooth, responsive mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications using Flutter.
• State Management: Implement clean architecture and robust state management practices (e.g., Bloc, Provider, or Riverpod).
• API Integration: Seamlessly connect Flutter applications with Python-based Azure backends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Azure Mastery: Proven experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Cosmos DB, Azure Blob Storage, Service Bus, and Azure Monitor.
• Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python (backend) and Dart (Flutter framework).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience using Terraform, Bicep, or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
• Databases: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (CosmosDB/MongoDB).
• Tools: Deep knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD tools.

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4+ years of active hands-on experience deploying and managing Microsoft Azure environments.
• 3+ years of professional experience building commercial applications with Python and Flutter.
• Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.

Soft Skills:

• Autonomy: Ability to manage the cloud environment completely independently without supervision.
• Problem-Solving: Strong debugging skills across cloud infrastructure, database layers, and client-side applications.
• Communication: Fluent in translating complex technical cloud infrastructure needs into clear business outcomes.
