Chief Operations Management Role

The COO will hold pivotal responsibilities, from aligning operational strategies with community goals to managing finances alongside the Chief Executive Officer. Communication with the Board of Directors is key for operational transparency. Key Responsibilities:

• Must be a former OSTA-AECO Student Trustee
• Proven experience in leadership roles
• Excellent analytical and planning skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
