Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full life cycle of recruiting for various roles
  • Collaborate with managers to develop compliant job descriptions
  • Conduct detailed intake processes and sourcing strategies
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and administer assessments
  • Utilize ATS for candidate management and reporting

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Proven full cycle recruiting and sourcing skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Recruit retail or D2D candidates
  • Bilingual French and English is a plus
