Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and renew partnerships with schools year-on-year
- Ensure online listings and payment links go live within defined timelines
- Coordinate with internal teams (Purchase, Warehouse, Accounts, Tech) for smooth operations
- Monitor order processing, inventory, kitting, and dispatch
- Handle parent escalations, delivery issues, and refunds
- Track daily MIS reports and ensure payment discrepancy resolution
- Ensure on-time delivery of orders and high customer satisfaction
- Prepare season-end performance reports and insights
Key Performance Metrics:
- 95%+ school renewal rate
- 100% timely online listing & link activation
- 95%+ on-time delivery
- 95%+ complaint resolution within 48 hours
- Same-day resolution of payment/refund issues
Required Skills
- Experience in e-commerce / online sales / institutional sales
- Knowledge of platforms like Magento, Shopify, or similar
- Strong coordination, communication, and escalation handling skills
- Good understanding of ERP systems, Excel, and logistics tracking
- Ability to handle high-volume operations under pressure
