Responsibilities

• Monitor premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
• Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills and first aid knowledge as needed.
• Conduct thorough patrols of the facility, including perimeter checks, fence inspections, and asset protection audits to prevent theft or vandalism.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and assist in investigations related to security incidents.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities, incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance footage for accountability and review.
• Support loss prevention efforts by identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing proactive measures.

Experience

• Prior experience in security or law enforcement is highly desirable; military background is a plus.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred to respond effectively during emergencies.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies is advantageous.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of security protocols, law enforcement procedures, and emergency response practices.
