You will be responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of the HR administrative function, ensuring the correct management of processes related to personnel administration, payroll, and labor costs, in compliance with current regulations and company policies. Your role will involve coordinating the administrative HR team and supporting the business, actively contributing to the definition of HR policies and compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supervising personnel administration for all contract types
- Coordinating the payroll process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance
- Monitoring and planning labor costs, HR budget, and forecast
- Handling regulatory compliance, relationships with entities (INPS, INAIL, Labor Inspectorate), and support in case of inspection checks
- Managing compensation & benefits systems, welfare, and remuneration policies
- Generating HR reports and analyzing key KPIs (headcount, absenteeism, labor costs)
- Supporting internal mobility processes and managing the employee life cycle
- Overseeing HRIS/ERP systems and data update processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Economics, Law, Political Science, or related fields
- Specialization in Labor Law, HR Management, or Personnel Administration (preferred)
- 6-8 years of experience in HR Administration & Payroll, with at least 2-3 years in coordinating roles
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, tax, and social security regulations
- Excellent proficiency in HR/ERP systems (SAP, Zucchetti, Inaz, or equivalent)
- Experience in structured environments, multi-site, or with complex national collective labor agreements

- Gross Annual Remuneration: 45,600 60,000 (variable based on experience and seniority), paid in 14 installments
