Brokerage Team Leader

The average full-time fully ramped Brokerage Leader earns $120,000 to $200,000+ per year. There is no cap on earnings.</p> <p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active and unrestricted Washington real estate license and located in the greater Seattle, WA area</li> <li>5+ years of experience as a licensed agent. Managing broker license preferred.</li> <li>3+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents</li> <li>At least 10 closed transactions in the last 12 months</li> <li>A track record of recruiting and building a team, not just managing one</li> <li>A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to coach a team, develop skills, and drive results without a company-supplied lead pipeline</li> <li>Strong communication skills — both written and verbal</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Orchard is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
