Paid Ads Specialist - Meta & Google - Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads) - AT OFFICE - Etobicoke

What You’ll Do:

• Must have past marketing agency work experience handling multiple Paid Ads clients from different industries (15 to 20 clients) - META & Google Ads
• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (PPC)
• This is a client-facing execution role responsible for campaign performance, client communication, retention support, and account management.
• Support the onboarding of new clients. Attend monthly reporting and retention meetings.
• You will manage WhatsApp client groups, attend retention calls, and ensure every account delivers measurable ROI.
• Lead a team of junior paid ads analysts and get work done
• Assign creatives for META to in-house graphic designers. Experience with Canva for creating meta ad creatives & images.
• Handle paid campaigns for Lead generation & E-Commerce clients daily
• Optimize ad creatives, copies, budgets, and bidding strategies
• Implement and manage Meta Pixel and conversion tracking (META & Google)
• Advanced Experience with Google Analytics tracking, Google Tag Manager tracking, Google Search Console, META Business Suite
• Prepare performance reports monthly and share insights with clients/internal teams
• Coordinate with design, editing teams internally
• Proficient with email marketing platforms (GoHighLevel) and setting up automations and workflows.
• Bring in AI automation ideas, and recommend new AI tools and software and implement them daily on the campaigns
• Communicate directly with clients via email, calls, and WhatsApp groups
