Personal Trainer Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-designed, science-backed workouts to groups of up to 24 clients
• Energize and motivate clients throughout each training session
• Create an engaging and positive environment to boost attendance and retain members
• Ensure client safety with a focus on heart rate-based training and correct exercise technique
• Modify exercises to fit various fitness levels, ensuring a tailored experience for each client

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Fitness: You love motivating others and thrive in a team environment
• Knowledgeable: Intermediate understanding of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
• Certified: Must hold a current fitness certification from an Orangetheory-approved education company (NASM, NCSF, NSCA, ISSA, ACE, ACSM)
• Educated: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus, but not required
• Experienced: 1+ years of experience teaching group fitness or personal training in the industry
• Certified in CPR/AED: Safety is key, and we require up-to-date certifications

Your Schedule:
