We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Technical Project Manager for our Consulting Services team. In this crucial role, you will spearhead the successful implementation of complex projects, delivering top-tier business solutions that exceed client expectations, all while adhering to budget and timelines.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Assessing customer business requirements to ensure our Oracle solutions are perfectly aligned, utilizing industry best practices and your expert product knowledge.
- Effectively applying Oracle's methodologies and policies, fulfilling contractual obligations while reducing company risks.
- Utilizing your business acumen and judgment to choose the most effective strategies for project delivery across small to medium engagements.
- Providing mentorship and direction to your project team, shaping influential decisions at management levels within client organizations.
- Ensuring deliverables adhere to quality standards and closely managing customer project expectations.
- Supporting business development initiatives by seeking new opportunities and project extensions, working in tandem with the sales team.
- Overseeing the scope of medium-sized projects and aiding in the recovery efforts for any remedial projects.
Compensation Information:
Salary: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. Potential for bonuses and equity. Salary varies based on skills, experience, and market conditions.
