As an experienced IT professional with a strong technical background, you will play a crucial role in managing service delivery activities for customers using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving as the main point of contact between the customer and Oracle
- Managing service delivery through a virtual team of resources from multiple cross-line-of-business units
- Establishing priorities and service growth plans for customers in alignment with Oracle's Cloud Strategy
Your qualifications should include:
- 12 years of IT experience, including Service Delivery Management
- Proven track record of collaborating with large-scale global teams
- OCI Certification and ITIL Foundation Certification in IT Service Management
You are expected to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Good technical knowledge in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including ExaCS
- Understanding of technical architecture landscape
- Strong customer-facing skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent team player with strong communication and organization skills
Additionally, you should have a university degree with post-graduate technical or management qualifications, or relevant experience. The role will be based in Bangalore/NCR/Mumbai.
