Your Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the complete software development life cycle from architecture and development to testing, monitoring, and production.
• Design and implement scalable, distributed, and resilient software components and services.
• Mentor fellow engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
• Lead and contribute to complex, non-routine software projects that make a real impact.

What We’re Looking For

• A BS or MS degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in developing and shipping enterprise distributed and/or cloud-native systems.
• Strong understanding of system design principles and best practices in distributed architectures.
• Proficient in coding with Java, Python, or similar object-oriented languages.
• Familiarity with microservices frameworks like Helidon, Dropwizard, or Spring.
• Experience with containers and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• A passion for making a difference in collaborative environments.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The hiring range for this role is $96,800 to $223,400 per annum, with eligibility for bonuses and equity.
