Principal Technical Program Manager

The Principal Technical Program Manager (IC4) drives execution across multiple teams or divisions, frequently leading high-visibility programs that impact product, business, or infrastructure strategy. They are trusted leaders known for delivering results, managing ambiguity, and building cross-org alignment.

Own planning, design, and execution across several teams or functions

  • Represent the division in cross-org and executive-level program discussions
  • Define and manage program milestones, resources, timelines, and communications
  • Deliver high-quality program updates to VP and executive audiences
  • help grow the TPM discipline

8+ years of experience in technical program management

  • Experience delivering programs with infrastructure, platform, or enterprise-scale services
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Executive presence and the ability to lead without authority across multiple teams and business units

Certain US customer or client-facing roles may be required to comply with applicable requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
