Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in Bilaspur.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Additional responsibilities include developing employer branding initiatives, building strong candidate pipelines, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand organizational needs effectively. The role demands a proactive approach to ensure timely and efficient hiring processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring processes
• Experience with Employer Branding and creating an attractive talent pipeline
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the real estate sector, is a plus
