Role: React Frontend Developer

Location: Bellevue, WA

Job Description

Frontend Engineer to build a production-ready React component library and unified design system that powers redesigned pages across our core platform You'll develop CMS-composable, headless, friendly components ensure enterprise-grade accessibility (MASWCAG) and deliver performant interactive experiences including scrolly-telling and WebGL with robust fallback strategies

Key responsibilities:

Build and maintain a React component library with TypeScript props tests accessibility coverage and documentation
Implement a unified CSS design system, tokens, themes, and responsive patterns supporting light/dark modes
Develop redesigned pages using reusable components ready for integration by our incumbent delivery partner
Implement scrollytelling experiences while mitigating scroll jank layout shift and performance regressions
Deliver production WebGL experiences with documented fallback and performance strategies
QA and validate components across frontline browsers. Edge, Chrome, etc. viewports 540px, 1920px, and ROW scaling up to 40 extra copy
Ensure compliance with Microsoft Accessibility Standards. keyboard navigation screen reader support WCAG alignment
Implement custom analytics tags/events in collaboration with the Analytics team
