- Meet one-on-one with employees to review current coverage
- Educate clients on available supplemental programs

- Coordinate with supervisors and HR departments
- Build and manage relationships within assigned territorie
What You Bring
- Proven sales success in insurance, benefits, or B2B environments.
- Experience mentoring or leading others—or strong desire to move into leadership.
- Active Life & Health license (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-discipline, and passion for helping others succeed.
- Ability to travel regionally (30–60%).
