Role Description
Opik India is hiring 2 Part-Time Sales Associates (On-Site | Delhi NCR) responsible for building strong professional networks, generating high-quality leads, and converting them into clients. This is a performance-driven, commission-based role with earning potential of up to ₹90,000 per successful conversion.
The role involves identifying and approaching potential clients across sectors such as educational institutions, healthcare, corporates, and financial organizations, understanding their business needs, and pitching suitable digital and marketing solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, sales, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to generate leads and build client relationships
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving targets
- Basic computer knowledge
- Prior sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)
