This role is high-volume and hands-on. You’ll be screening resumes, interviewing candidates, onboarding new hires, and managing talent throughout their assignments. You’ll also support client communication, conduct onsite visits as needed, and work closely with your team. What You Will Do: <ul> <li>Manage the full recruiting process for a high-volume client: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.</li> <li>Coach and support talent throughout assignments, check in regularly and help them grow.</li> <li>Build and maintain strong client relationships; communicate regularly and visit the client site as needed.</li> <li>Collaborate with your team to drive growth and fill positions efficiently.</li> <li>Navigate multiple systems and tools to keep operations running smoothly.</li> </ul>   What You Bring: <ul> <li>People-oriented, curious, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong with technology and comfortable using multiple systems.</li> <li>Motivated by results but also guided by empathy.</li> <li>Enjoy working closely with a team and building relationships.</li> </ul>   This is a full-time and permanent opportunity.
