You will report to the Head of Equity Administration and partner closely with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Equity Programs, Compensation, Tax, Payroll, Internal Controls, and Finance to align equity administration with business needs and deliver a strong employee experience.
Location: This role is based either in San Francisco, CA or remotely. For SF-based employees, we use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
In this role, you will:

- Operate core equity cycles by driving timelines, managing dependencies, and ensuring accurate, timely completion across cross-functional partners.

- Strong understanding of equity data flows and integrations across HRIS, payroll, and accounting/reporting ecosystems, with an automation-first approach.
- Proven ability to run complex, high-stakes equity programs amid shifting requirements and tight timelines.
- Robust analytical skills, including advanced Excel and comfort with reporting/analytics tools.
- High ownership and prioritization, able to set direction, manage multiple workstreams, and drive cross-functional outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication, with the ability to influence and align partners at multiple levels.
- High integrity and sound judgment handling confidential and sensitive information.
