OP Media is expanding and we're looking for a driven, people-first appointment setter to join our growing sales team.

About the Role

Position: Appointment Setter Type: Remote, Independent Compensation: Performance-Based (Per Qualified Appointment)

This is a fully remote, flexible position designed for self-motivated individuals who are hungry to earn and grow in the digital marketing space.

What You Will Do

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, DM, and email to prospective clients
• Qualify leads based on criteria provided by our team
• Book confirmed appointments with decision-makers directly onto our calendar
• Maintain accurate outreach records and follow up consistently
• Represent OP Media with professionalism and integrity in every interaction

Compensation Structure

• Earn

$50–$150 per qualified appointment

• A qualified appointment means the prospect is a decision-maker, has expressed genuine interest, and shows up to the call
• Pay scales with the quality and size of the opportunity — higher value prospects earn you more
• No cap on earnings — the more you book, the more you make
• High performers will have access to bonuses and expanded opportunities as the agency grows

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in outbound sales, cold outreach, or appointment setting is a plus but not required
• Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and personable
• Highly organized with the ability to manage your own outreach pipeline
• Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding to stay consistent
• Comfortable with phone and video-based communication
