Job Description

A leading educational organization is hiring a UX/UI Designer: Level 2 to support a remote team. This temporary role offers a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects within a company dedicated to enhancing learning experiences.

UX/UI Designer Level 2 Responsibilities:

  • Develop user-centered design solutions for web and mobile products, leveraging research insights and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and research staff to create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
  • Present and articulate design concepts, rationales, and feedback to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Contribute to maintaining and evolving the company's design system and visual standards.
  • Incorporate accessibility guidelines and ensure designs meet usability and inclusivity standards.

UX/UI Designer Level 2 Qualifications:

  • Portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work, demonstrating collaborative processes and design thinking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or Digital Design.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product or experience design.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Axure, or Penpot.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
  • Hands-on experience working within Agile development environments.
  • Ability to interpret user needs, research data, and translate insights into effective design solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of current interface design trends and best practices.
