Join the team as a Spare Steward, Chef, or Waiter for exceptional on-board service. Manage food preparation and customer relations while adapting to dynamic operational needs.
This role is pivotal in fulfilling the staffing needs of the On-Board Services Department. Responsibilities include planning food serving activities and assisting with supplies on the train. This position operates with a flexible schedule, meeting varying demands during vacations and peak periods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate on-board service staffing effectively
- Estimate food requirements for train service
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
- Ensure high standards of food quality
- Assist with loading supplies for service delivery
Requirements
- Completion of Secondary School or GED
- Experience in cooking or culinary certificate preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Must hold a valid G driver’s license
- Availability for on-demand scheduling
