Elevate a dedicated sales team as a Sales Coaching and Operations Manager. Drive growth through effective leadership, training, and seamless collaboration in a fast-paced environment located in Georgetown, Ontario.
In this role, you will oversee 3-4 sales representatives while focusing on their development and performance. You'll run pipeline reviews, manage KPIs, and utilize CRM to ensure accountability. Your innovative approach will leverage AI tools to maximize efficiency and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales rhythm with weekly and daily check-ins
- Develop team through coaching and regular 1:1s
- Ensure CRM hygiene and process adherence
- Identify skill gaps and drive improvement

Requirements
- 3-5 years managing a small B2B sales team
- Real experience in pipeline management and coaching
- Hands-on CRM experience
- Comfortable with AI tools and automation
- Strong communication skills to bridge teams
