  • *The Role**

You'll architect, build, and oversee a growing network of client websites — scaling from initial deployments to hundreds of active sites across provincial and eventually national markets. You'll work directly with leadership, manage partner relationships, and play a defining role in how this company grows. This is not a task-taker position. You will help shape the infrastructure, the process, and the team.

  • *What You'll Own**

— End-to-end development and delivery of client websites

— Network architecture capable of managing and maintaining hundreds of sites at scale

— Partner and client-facing technical communication

— Hiring and leading developers as the team expands

— Ongoing platform optimization, performance, and reliability across the entire portfolio

  • *Compensation Structure**

→ 5% revenue share on every site contract signed — you earn as deals close, with income growing as the portfolio scales

→ OTE in the mid-six figures within the first year based on projected portfolio volume

→ 5% equity stake upon hitting agreed performance milestones

→ Equity grows to 10% as sales benchmarks are achieved — your stake scales with the company

This is performance-tied compensation for someone who knows their work closes deals and compounds over time.

  • *You Are:**
  • A senior-level web developer with 5+ years of experience
  • Deeply proficient across modern stacks — HTML/CSS/JS, React, WordPress, or equivalent
  • Experienced in scalable architecture — building and managing multi-site networks, not one-off projects
  • Comfortable with DNS, hosting infrastructure, performance optimization, and site security at scale
  • A strong communicator who can interface with partners, clients, and leadership with equal confidence
  • Entrepreneurial — you understand equity, you've thought about ownership, and you're ready to act on it
  • Financially stable enough to operate during a short pre-revenue window — and professionally confident enough to know it will be brief
