QA Engineer - Performance Tester

Our solutions enable trust that ensures the integrity of the people and artifacts associated with digital agreements and transactions across banking, financial services, healthcare, and professional services.&nbsp;</p> <p>This position is open to candidates residing in<strong> Noida, Uttar Pradesh. </strong>This role will be in-office presence <strong>5 days per week.</strong></p> <p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p> <p>Specialized QA role focused on performance, scalability, and reliability testing of web&nbsp;applications, APIs, and distributed systems.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design and execute load, stress, endurance, and capacity tests</li> <li>Build reusable scripts using k6, JMeter, Gatling, or Locust</li> <li>Analyze performance metrics and identify system bottlenecks</li> <li>Execute tests in Linux, Docker, and AWS environments</li> <li>Integrate performance tests into CI/CD pipelines</li> <li>Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps on performance optimization</li> </ul> <p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4–6 years of performance testing experience</li> <li>Strong expertise with at least one performance tool (k6 preferred)</li> <li>Scripting in JavaScript, Java, or Python</li> <li>Strong Linux, Docker, CI/CD, and AWS exposure</li> <li>Excellent analytical and communication skills</li> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience</li> </ul> <p><span style="color: #000000;">#LI-Onsite<br>#LI-LS1</span></p>
