Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative operations for the SF Express Courier Centre
- Process and organize outgoing courier parcels
- Prepare shipping labels and required courier documents
- Support general office and administrative duties
- Assist customers with shipping inquiries and service requests
- Maintain professional customer service and communication
Working Schedule
Saturday only — 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Requirements
- Able to speak, read, and write Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
- Able to handle parcels and boxes (light to medium-heavy lifting required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
