Associate Attorney - Environmental Law and Toxic Litigation

A leading national law firm is actively seeking a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Toxic Tort, Asbestos, or Environmental Litigation. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned cases effectively
• Oversee all stages of cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Appear in court as needed
• Draft motions, pleadings, and respond to discovery requests

Required Qualifications:

• Pre-Trial and/or trial experience is preferred
• Exceptional research and writing skills
• At least 2 years of litigation experience
• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in New York

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $115,000 to $175,000 depending on experience, alongside bonuses, benefits, and options for hybrid/remote work.
