Job Title: Interview Coordinator / Recruitment Coordinator

📍 Location: Hyderabad

💼 Work Mode: Hybrid (Contract)

⏳ Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

📅 Notice Period: 0 – 15 Days (Immediate joiners preferred)

🕒 Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST or 11:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST (based on business requirements)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Interview Coordinator / Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment operations and ensure a seamless interview process. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates and hiring teams, maintaining recruitment data, and supporting recruiters in managing the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with recruiters to support the experienced hire recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and schedule all phases of interviews by interacting with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers.
  • Invite candidates and confirm their availability for interviews within SLA timelines.
  • Plan and schedule in-person and virtual interviews.
  • Coordinate interview logistics including:
  • Interview panel availability
  • Calendar scheduling
  • Meeting room or virtual link arrangements
  • Candidate communication and confirmations
  • Assist recruiters during bulk interview drives or hiring events when required.
  • Maintain candidate records and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Avature or SuccessFactors.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate status updates.
  • Generate recruitment reports and scheduling updates when required.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers during the interview process.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced and high-volume hiring environment.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in interview scheduling or recruitment operations
  • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment trackers
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and scheduling priorities
