Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Agronomists (Field Executives) who are eager to work on the ground with farmers. This role involves regular farm visits, identifying crop issues, collecting field data, and recommending effective solutions while supporting agri-input sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to farms across assigned regions
• Identify and onboard farmers and build strong relationships
• Assess crop conditions and diagnose pest, disease, and soil-related issues
• Collect and maintain accurate field data and reports
• Provide practical agronomic solutions and recommendations to farmers
• Promote and support the sale of agri-input products (fertilizers, pesticides, etc.)
• Monitor crop progress and ensure implementation of advised solutions
• Stay updated on modern farming techniques and local crop trends

Requirements

• B.Sc in Agriculture or related field
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in field conditions
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with farmers
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
• Dedicated, self-motivated, and result-oriented
