Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic Agronomists (Field Executives) to drive our contract farming initiatives. The role involves identifying farmers, onboarding them into contract farming programs, guiding them through the crop lifecycle, and ensuring adherence to recommended Package of Practices (POP).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard farmers willing to participate in contract farming programs
• Build strong relationships and act as the primary point of contact for farmers
• Educate and guide farmers on crop planning and Package of Practices (POP)
• Conduct regular farm visits to monitor crop health and progress
• Provide timely solutions for pest, disease, and soil-related issues
• Ensure farmers follow recommended practices to maintain crop quality and yield
• Support implementation of contemporary and sustainable farming techniques
• Maintain field data, farmer records, and progress reports
• Ensure successful execution of contract farming agreements

Requirements

• B.Sc in Agriculture or related field
• Freshers or up to 1 year of experience can apply
• Strong interest in fieldwork and farmer engagement
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas
• Dedicated, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset
