Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Farmer at Xentrix Studios, located in Bengaluru. The Farmer will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing 3D scenes, managing scene files, making sure assets function properly within the studio environment, and collaborating with multiple production teams to ensure seamless workflow. The role will also involve problem-solving technical challenges and ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality production standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in working with 3D animation production software tools such as Maya, Houdini, or Blender
• Strong technical problem-solving skills, file organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with animators, artists, and technical teams
• Experience in optimizing and troubleshooting 3D animation assets and scene performance
• Basic knowledge of rendering techniques and render farm management tools
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, Visual Effects, or related field is a plus
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for automation is an advantage
• A passion for animation and visual storytelling is highly valued
