Care Coordinator

We're looking for a compassionate and organized Care Coordinator to ensure seamless patient care at our centers. Key Details

Location: Gurgaon Qualification: Any Graduate | Healthcare background preferred

Experience: 1–3 years in healthcare coordination / customer service

Salary offered: 3-4 LPA What You'll Do

Coordinate patient appointments, care services, and caregiver allocation

Ensure timely scheduling and follow-ups for patient services

Handle patient queries, concerns, and escalations

Manage billing coordination, invoicing, and TPA/insurance follow-ups

Monitor service quality and ensure patient satisfaction

Collaborate closely with operations and clinical teams What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Basic computer skills (MS Office preferred)

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple patients simultaneously

Patient-first mindset with a problem-solving attitude

Fluency in local language preferred (as per location)
