Role Overview
We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager to keep the revenue engine running. The role spans process, tooling, analytics, and enablement — making sure the sales team has what it needs to hit number, and leadership has the visibility to manage performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own sales process design, CRM hygiene, and pipeline reporting
- Build dashboards and analytics for sales leadership and frontline reps
- Run quarterly planning, territory design, and quota setting
- Manage the sales tech stack and key integrations

- Lead enablement initiatives in partnership with sales leaders
