Job Title: General Manager – Performance Marketing (Bangalore)
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional to lead and execute high-impact performance marketing strategies that drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, who can collaborate cross-functionally, manage teams, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Analyze, monitor, and optimize campaign performance using relevant metrics and data insights
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively, ensuring strong ROI on all campaigns
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent and impactful brand communication across channels
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment
- Drive client communication, translating business challenges into effective performance marketing strategies
- Execute campaigns across biddable platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7–10 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Prior experience in the BFSI category is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
