About the Program

OLLATO Eduversity has developed a corporate awareness program titled “Thrive at Work”, focused on helping employees build healthier work habits, emotional well-being, workplace balance, and overall personal effectiveness.

We are looking for confident and professional facilitators who can conduct interactive awareness sessions at corporate locations on scheduled dates.

Role Responsibilities

The facilitator will be responsible for:

• Conducting interactive awareness sessions for corporate employees.
• Delivering pre-designed content provided under the Thrive at Work program.
• Engaging participants through discussions, activities, real-life examples, and practical exercises.
• Maintaining a professional, confident, and presentable approach during corporate sessions.
• Representing the organization positively while conducting on-field programs.
• Attending training sessions before being assigned corporate programs.
• Collecting participant feedback and coordinating with the internal team when required.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology or any Humanities-related field.
• Basic subject knowledge related to psychology, well-being, communication, or workplace behavior.
• Good communication and public speaking skills.
• Confidence to address corporate audiences.
• A presentable personality and professional conduct.
• Willingness to travel for corporate sessions when required.
• Openness to training, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Experience

• Prior experience in public speaking, training, facilitation, teaching, counselling, workshops, or corporate sessions will be preferred.
• Freshers may also apply, provided they have basic subject knowledge, confidence, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
• Selected candidates will be trained before being assigned to corporate sessions.

Engagement Type

• This is a flexible opportunity. Candidates may be considered for:
• Project-based assignments
• Freelance sessions
• Part-time opportunities
• Full-time opportunities based on performance, presentation skills, and program requirements
• Assignments will be given as per corporate session dates and organizational requirements.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mulund, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience
