Job Description
Role Overview:
The Asst Front Office Manager is responsible for managing all front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and leading the front office team to maintain high standards in a hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front office operations including check-in, check-out, and reservations
- Supervise, train, and evaluate front desk staff to ensure efficient performance
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution to maintain guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping, sales, and maintenance departments
- Monitor room availability, occupancy rates, and revenue performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of guest data and transactions
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of overall experience in front office or hospitality roles
- At least 1 years of experience in a 5-star hotel environment
- Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in front office operations
- Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of customer service orientation
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in front office systems (PMS software)
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
