Join our dynamic food manufacturing team as an Entry Level Food Manufacturing Plant - Production Associate! Duties

• Assist in the daily operations of the food processing plant, supporting various production lines and equipment.
• Follow all FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to ensure food safety and quality.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely, including basic mechanical tasks and troubleshooting as needed.
• Support sanitation efforts by maintaining cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and tools to meet strict hygiene standards.
• Package finished products accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper labeling and handling.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process using basic math skills to verify measurements and counts.
• Use forklifts and other material handling equipment safely when required to move raw materials or finished goods within the facility.

Experience

• Prior experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills to maintain sanitation and quality standards.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lbs, and operating machinery safely.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is preferred but not mandatory.
