Bartender/Server

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and reliable Bartender / Service Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve beverages, take food and drink orders, and ensure guests have a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Recommend menu items and specials to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, tables, and service areas
• Handle cash, card payments, and POS transactions
• Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age
• Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties
• Work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly

Requirements

• Previous experience in bartending, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and drink preparation
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹29,824.11 per month
