We are currently seeking a highly motivated, energetic and fully engaged Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead the operations of our 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center.

Responsibilities
- As Administrator, you will lead and direct the overall operations of the facility in accordance with patient/resident needs, government regulations and Company policies, with a focus on providing excellent care for your patients and residents
- A unwavering commitment to quality care and to making a positive difference in the lives of others, including a commitment to Resident Rights
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to recruit, engage and retain quality teammates
- The ability to execute on operational strategies to achieve financial and operational goals
Requirements/Qualifications:
- An active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator License in the state of Virginia
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
- Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred
- Experience in performance management and effective leadership
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Bachelors Degree
