Senior Accounts Manager - Treasuary

The Senior Accounts Manager – Treasury is responsible for managing the organization’s cash flow, banking relationships, fund planning, and financial risk within the hotel operations. This role ensures liquidity, optimizes cash utilization, and maintains strong internal controls in line with hospitality industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:1. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Monitor daily cash flow positions across hotel units
• Ensure adequate liquidity for operational and capital requirements
• Prepare cash flow forecasts (short-term & long-term)
• Optimize working capital management

2. Banking & Financial Operations

• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Handle fund transfers, RTGS/NEFT transactions, and vendor payments
• Monitor loan accounts, interest calculations, and repayment schedules
• Negotiate banking facilities, limits, and charges

3. Payment & Disbursement Control

• Oversee vendor payments, payroll funding, and statutory payments
• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement processes
• Implement strong approval and authorization controls

4. Financial Compliance & Controls

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)
• Maintain internal controls over treasury operations
• Support internal and external audits

5. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare treasury reports, cash flow statements, and variance analysis
• Provide insights to management for financial decision-making
• Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs

6. Risk Management

• Identify financial risks related to liquidity, interest rates, and currency
• Implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure fraud prevention controls

7. Team Management

• Supervise treasury and accounts team
• Provide training and guidance
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and company policies

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
