Join Journeys in Winnipeg as an Assistant Store Manager, where your recruiting skills and retail management experience will contribute to store success and employee development. This position supports both the Store Manager and the Manager in Training by focusing on hiring and mentoring staff. - Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees
- Enforce company policies and deliver performance feedback
- Manage store operations in the absence of senior leadership

- Address and resolve customer issues promptly Requirements:
- Minimum age requirement is 18 years
- Must be able to work 45 hours weekly, including weekends
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Completion of training programs towards Co-Manager position
