The Role⁣

You are responsible for:⁣

  • Turning leads into booked consultations⁣
  • Ensuring they show up⁣
  • Creating new opportunities through outreach⁣

This is a performance-based role, not an admin position.⁣

What You’ll Be Doing⁣

  • Calling, texting, and following up with inbound leads⁣
  • Booking paid in-person assessments ($150 deposit required)⁣
  • Managing conversations across SMS, phone, and social media⁣
  • Engaging with people on Instagram (ours and competitors)⁣
  • Starting conversations and converting them into bookings⁣
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records (GoHighLevel)⁣

Performance Expectations⁣

  • Minimum: 5 booked and showed consultations per week⁣
  • Target: 6–9 per week⁣
  • High Performance: 8–12 per week⁣
  • Elite: 12–15+ per week⁣

This is a results-driven role.⁣

Consistency matters more than occasional spikes.⁣
