Part-Time Patient Advocate - Nutritional Response Testing

As a Patient Advocate at Oasis Chiropractic & Wellness Center, you’ll play an important role in guiding patients through their Nutritional Response Testing experience, helping them feel supported, understood, and taken care of from start to finish. You’ll also help keep the day running smoothly through strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Setting up vitamins for Nutritional Response Testing
• Taking notes during appointments
• Answering basic patient questions related to NRT.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create and share content across digital platforms.
• Organizing and preparing return of findings,
• Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
• Explaining supplement protocols and recommendations, and processing patient payments.

Required Skillsets:

• Customer service excellence
• Health/wellness focused with knowledge and understanding of NRT
• Effective communication skills
• Digital note-taking proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of natural health and wellness modalities
• Passion for the mission of Oasis Chiropractic & Wellness Center
• Willingness to support front desk with payment collections / fielding phone calls as necessary.
