Job Title: Sales Manager - Loan Against Property (LAP)

About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing and dynamic Sales Manager to drive and scale our secured lending vertical. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio, managing end-to-end sales pipelines, and building a strong network of channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Business Growth: Own and execute sales targets for Loan Against Property (LAP) across the designated territory.
- Channel Partner Management: Build, nurture, and manage strong relationships with Direct Selling Associates (DSAs), connectors, and real estate networks to ensure consistent deal flow.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Sales Officers/Relationship Managers to maximize productivity and conversion rates.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing, property valuation, and quick Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Portfolio & Risk Management: Analyze sales trends, monitor market dynamics, and ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal credit policies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in LAP or mortgage sales with Banks, NBFCs, or Fintech companies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Skills: Strong understanding of credit fundamentals, property valuation, deal structuring, and pricing.
- Network: Established relationships with the local DSA ecosystem and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
