Job Description
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and reporting on plans to improve site metrics by increasing conversion, AOV, and other KPIs. Additionally, you will own top-line revenue goals within the investment budget and work towards achieving P and L targets. Managing website content in line with monthly promotions, seasonal campaigns, and overall marketing strategy is also a key responsibility. Furthermore, you will secure margins in line with overall business guidance and negotiate budgets with brand partners while tracking performance against targets.
In this role, you will plan and execute brand campaigns across platforms and take corrective actions when required. Reporting category and brand performance against key metrics in defined formats will be essential. You will also drive customer retention through segmentation and improved engagement strategies. Analyzing user experience across channels using web analytics and identifying improvement opportunities will be part of your tasks. Identifying and onboarding new sellers and brands aligned with platform goals, managing end-to-end onboarding including account setup, documentation, and compliance processes, and providing training on product listing, pricing strategies, and inventory management are also crucial responsibilities. Acting as the primary point of contact for sellers and resolving onboarding related queries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and execution, monitoring seller performance, and providing feedback to improve outcomes are additional key duties. Tracking ecommerce trends and competitor activities to guide seller strategies will also be part of your role.
Qualifications Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in ecommerce or category management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics and business operations
- Ability to manage brand relationships and stakeholders
