The Northwest School Division #203 invites applications for a full-time permanent I.T. Service Technician based out of the Meadow Lake Technology Office, Meadow Lake, SK. There is a possibility for this position to be located in Marshall SK. This position is to commence March 13, 2026 or on a mutually agreed upon date.
Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Technology, I.T. Service Technicians provide remote and onsite support for information systems within the NWSD education and business environments. I.T. Service Technicians work under the direction of the Supervisor of Technology and in collaboration with the System and Network Administrators in maintaining the complete I.T. infrastructure of the school division including:
installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware, software, and local area networks within schools and division offices, shops and garages.
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, organized and motivated team player, with clear written and verbal communication skills, and able to work under minimal supervision. Candidate should possess a diploma in Information Technology or have equivalent industry experience. CompTIA A+ Certification will be considered an asset. Candidates require a valid driver's license.
