Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Q.A/Q.C Fresher role based in Kalol Taluka. The role involves supporting the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) teams in routine documentation, record maintenance, and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting in sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products under supervision, as well as helping to prepare and update logs, reports, and quality records. The role also supports basic checks on manufacturing processes, coordination with production teams for line clearance and documentation, and participation in internal audits and training sessions. The position is designed for entry-level candidates who wish to build a career in pharmaceutical quality functions and gain hands-on experience in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of pharmaceutical quality concepts, including Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), GMP, and basic documentation practices.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures, maintain accurate records, and work with checklists and forms in a structured environment.
• Basic analytical and observational skills, with attention to detail for reviewing documents, labels, and test data under guidance.
• Strong willingness to learn, adapt to regulatory requirements, and participate in on-the-job training in QA/QC activities.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with production and quality teams, and readiness to work on-site in Kalol Taluka.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications (such as MS Office) and comfort in working with electronic or paper-based records.
