Role Summary
\nLeadership role responsible for end-to-end delivery, including team performance, SLA adherence, client communication, and operational governance.\n
Key Responsibilities
\nManage teams of upto 25 agents (per TL layer)\n
Drive revenue targets, SLAs, and KPIs
\n
Own performance reviews, goal setting, and productivity
\n
Analyze reports and publish daily/weekly dashboards
\n
Manage attrition, hiring coordination, and training alignment
\n
Ensure compliance with client guidelines and processes
\n
Handle client interactions, reviews, and escalations
\n
Implement process improvements and sales strategies
\n
Monitor quality, productivity, and operational efficiency
\n
Required Skills
\nStrong leadership and team management capability\n
Deep understanding of sales operations and metrics
\n
Excellent stakeholder communication (client-facing readiness)
\n
Data-driven decision-making
\n
Conflict resolution and people management
\n
Eligibility
\n510+ years of experience in BPO / sales operations\n
Experience managing international voice processes
\n
Telecom sales experience is an added advantage
\n

\nClient satisfaction (CSAT / feedback)\n
