Our client is looking for an experienced Paid Social & Display digital marketing professional (Lead Gen Focus) to join their global team. This role is client-facing and will cover all aspects of effective Paid Social and Display Campaign development and optimization from auditing of client sites to strategy development and implementation management.
Experience across key areas including architecture, content, linking and on-site engagement is critical. This is a tremendous opportunity for career growth in a rapidly expanding digital agency with several offices worldwide and numerous high profile clients.
This is a fast-paced, supportive and very creative Agency environment with a fantastic culture focusing on team, personal development and fun. This role will be directly accountable for the Paid Search & Display campaign optimization for mid to high-end clients, and at times working directly with C-level executives of such clients.
Responsibilities
· Drive scalable CPL and CPA performance; Competitive research
· Build and test high-converting lead funnels (forms, landing pages, gated assets)
· Optimize retargeting and multi-touch nurture strategies
· Manage budgets, pacing and bid strategies
· Align paid media efforts with sales pipeline and revenue targets
· Present performance insights and optimization roadmaps to clients
· Report on key metrics related to campaign effectiveness
Skills/Qualifications:
The successful candidate must have:
- 3-5 years experience managing paid social with demonstrated strong lead gen performance results;
- Experience optimizing toward CPL, MQL, SQL and pipeline metrics;
- Strong knowledge of audience targeting, lookalikes, and intent layering;
- Comfort working with GA4, attribution models and conversion tracking;
- Client-facing experience with confidence and performance-first mindset;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
