ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

They assess student progress through oral, written, and hands-on evaluations, while providing remedial support for slow learners. Conceptual clarity and regular revisions ensure every child advances academically.

Classroom Management

They create safe, inclusive environments that promote hygiene, healthy habits, and life skills. Discipline is maintained positively, with focus on emotional bonding and identifying behavioral issues early. Play-based activities build social skills and independence.

Parent Engagement

Regular communication via meetings, diaries, and feedback keeps parents informed on strengths, weaknesses, and home support needs. They respond promptly to queries while upholding student confidentiality.

Student Development

Mother teachers nurture emotional, social, and moral growth through storytelling, art, and group work. They spot learning difficulties, collaborate with counselors, and organize events for creativity and confidence. This role emphasizes patience and adaptability, like a second parent in school.
